MXsense Bolsters Executive Management Team with
Appointments of Two Key Industry Veterans

Marlboro, NJ (January 13, 2009) – MXsense Solutions, Inc. today announced it has bolstered its executive management team by naming Mark Krieger to the post of Vice President of Product Management and Fred Pack as Vice President of Operations. Both Mr. Krieger and Mr. Pack are entrepreneurs with more than 30 years experience creating and managing technology companies.

“Both Mark and Fred are proven leaders with strong track records,” said Paul Banco, Chief Executive Officer at MXsense Solutions, Inc. “We are pleased to welcome them to our executive management team and confident their experience will be instrumental in making MXsense a leading vendor in the multi-billion email archiving market.”

Prior to joining MXsense, Krieger and Pack most recently held management positions with Numara Software, a leading provider of service desk solutions. In 2006, Numara Software acquired UniPress Software, the company founded by Krieger and Pack.  Established in 1983, UniPress Software was the first company to launch a 100 percent Web-based service desk application, their FootPrints product. At the time of the acquisition, FootPrints was the leading mid-market service desk solution, and today is used by many thousands of customers.

To accelerate MXsense’s growth strategy, Krieger and Pack will lead a broad range of initiatives including product development, operations, marketing and business development.  The company recently announced the availability of its MXsense email archiving solution designed for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook environments.

Mr. Krieger has extensive technical experience having co-authored several C compilers. He managed business operations at  Whitesmiths Limited,  and held positions at IBM, Columbia University and CERN (Physics Research Laboratory) in Switzerland. Mr. Krieger is a graduate of the City College of New York and earned a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Pratt Institute.

Mr. Pack provides an extensive amount of data processing and management experience to MXsense. Prior to UniPress, he managed the data processing function at TransFreight Lines, and completely built and managed the international data processing network for the $350 million sea freight company. Mr. Pack is a past member of the Sun User Group's Board of Directors, holds a Bachelor's degree from Columbia College, and an MBA in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business (New York University).

“I’m very happy to join MXsense,” explains Pack.  “We have a great product serving the largely-unmet need of practical email archiving which puts the great asset of  organizations’ email stores into the hands of their people.”

A hosted, software as a service (SaaS) solution, MXsense provides a powerful search engine with built-in indexing and archiving features designed to manage the ever-growing volumes of information and intelligence stored in email communications and attachments.
